An exceptional stay awaits at this fabulous dog-friendly home! You will be staying in a secluded and quiet neighborhood. The large fenced backyard with a dog run will be just ideal for any family gatherings and to let your dogs run around and play freely. Host a warm-weather barbecue using the propane grill available and enjoy your grilled feast alfresco at any of the dining areas available, or gather around the propane firepit for some storytelling time while roasting s'mores. The front porch is another great spot to unwind and watch people and cars go by.
Upon entering the home, a spacious rec room will greet you! Spend entertaining evenings challenging each other at different billiards games and air hockey matches, playing chess, or watching a favorite movie or sports games on the large wall-mounted TV. As you continue the house tour, a bright open floor plan will appear before your eyes - it seamlessly combines the living and dining areas and the kitchen. The attached living area features an inviting gas fireplace, another TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. The well-equipped kitchen is the heart of the main floor, with beautiful granite countertops and open space. The adjoining dining table seats up to 10 people while the breakfast bar has three extra stools. Off of the kitchen are a convenient galley-style pantry, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a full bathroom.
When it's time to call it a day, retreat to any of the bedrooms on the upper level. The younger guests will love the large sleepover room, plus the available Pack N' Play! The expansive main bedroom suite is a highlight itself, with lots of windows and space, two closets for storage, and a private deck to soak up the morning sun. This home has high-speed internet, plus all bedrooms are equipped with a desk and chair for any work needed to be done while away. You will love your stay and time spent here, both in and outdoors!
THINGS TO KNOW
There is a doggy door in the dining room behind the dining table that can be opened for dog use and leads to a dog-run area.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
