Great house in Flagstaff

Great stay!
We enjoyed the location, which was just a 5 minute drive to the NAU campus. The spa and game room made this a perfect getaway for a group with multiple kiddos! There were some snacks left for the kids and we appreciated the toiletries.

We had a great time staying at this house. It had a big backyard for running around and exploring, and was in a great location. Plenty of room for the two families we had staying there. It was beautifully decorated! Thank you for a great weekend!

Great location and floor plan!
The location is perfect. Easy access to stores and amenities. The house was clean and pretty well appointed. Great place for a larger group. Hot tub was a nice touch. Only downside was that the woodstove was out of order. But overall a really nice place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

NAU Graduation Weekend
The house was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay, my daughter graduated from NAU on Saturday and we had 13 family and friends we drove up from Phoenix to stay the weekend. The house slept 13 very comfortably and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The hosts (Sara and Kari) were very helpful and we will definitely keep this property in mind whenever we want to plan a getaway stay back in Flagstaff!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location
This property is absolutely stunning! So perfect for a nice relaxing getaway. It was well-stocked and very comfortable for our weekend stay. We had an issue with a water leak, but the host was quick to respond and very eager to fix the problem. The only complaints I have are extremely minor, and may not be an issue for all, but the beds were a bit firm for my family's liking, but were still nice and VERY clean, and the hot tub was really cloudy, possibly due to being overtreated. We will 100% stay at this property again and are already talking about when to go back. We will

It was mediocre.
Location was ok. House was average. Beds are hard, couch was broken, no remote for a tv, no tvs in 2 of the bedrooms, not cleaned well, someones insulin was left in the refrigerator, hot tub was small and cover was super heavy (waterlogged) and chain on the lifter was broke, so couldn't even open it all the way, and seating in main living room was not suitable for large family. A lot of things can be overlooked...but not when you pay this much for the rental. Definitely needs more attention!

Awesome home with some issues
Pulling up to the property was great! House was clean and we were excited but as soon as we sat down in the living room we noticed this huge bulge under the rug that felt like a few pieces of wood laid over top of damaged floor that made it awkward to step on so we avoided the couch that it was in front of and spent little time in the living room. The rooms were nice and well stocked with everything for the bathrooms and the bedside chargers were a nice touch. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook and eat except salt which I found a little odd being they had pepper, sugar and seasoned salt. Hot tub was perfect!

Clean, great for large families or multiple families. We had kids 9-3 years of age. Fenced in back yard and downstairs game room kept them entertained. Hot tub also a nice bonus feature.

Great family vacation
Our family had a fantastic stay at this property! It was spacious and very clean. The Game Room in the basement was awesome! Our kids and grandkids loved it. Sara was a great hostess and whenever we needed to contact her she always promptly responded to any questions we had. We are looking forward to renting this property again!! It didn't disappoint!

Needs some TLC
-heavy rains on arrival showed bulging wall from leaks in roof and walls in Family room -dusty and dirty floors on arrival -leftover food and milk in fridge from previous guests -Reverse Osmosis system and garbage disposal not working -trash compactor out of order and missing garbage bags -dirty bathrooms, dust and hair, needed cleaning -lack of clean towels for all guests -dusty furniture and headboards in bedrooms -missing smoke alarms, appear to have been removed -No lamps in upstairs bedrooms, only bright lights , not pleasant for reading in bedroom -urine and blood stains on upstairs beds -zip line in back yard was out of order, needs new pulley -weeds were overgrown in back yard and needs cleanup

Great home, some issues
The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and close to the highway. It took no time to get into town, which was great. House was clean when we arrived, but someone had left animal feces in the backyard which wasn't pleasant. Even though the previous occupants should have picked up after themselves, I would have assumed the cleaning staff would have done this as well. The backyard is not welcoming for a family. I understand having the natural growth of the weeds/plants, but I wish there was an area to enjoy the backyard. Even just a small patch of grass in the backyard would make the house that much better. We mostly stayed in the front since there was grass up there. When you have kids, you don't really want them running around in the weeds, rocks, and left behind animal feces.The kitchen was nice, but it was missing some helpful kitchen items. The couch in the front room was broken and the remote did not work for the tv in that room. The beds were all very hard and uncomfortable. The house can hold up to 14 people, but do not try to take a shower and use a sink, you will not have any hot water while any other plumbing was in use. So trying to get ready for anything in each of the 3 restrooms was nearly impossible and took quite some time.The game room was a great addition since our kids couldn't play in the backyard and we didn't want to leave them in the front yard to play. So having the game room was a plus.If some issues were addressed, the price for the rental would have been worth it.

This property exceeded expectations. So much room. A big family would enjoy gathering here. Coffee bar, garage space and Hot tub are great additions. Beds are a little firm for us but all else was great :
