HOME RULES
No outside music after 8 PM.
This property may not be used for nuisance parties or unlawful gatherings.
For your safety, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
No smoking allowed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $150 penalty.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome, with a limit of two dogs.
No vicious breeds or other pets are allowed without Manager approval.
There is a $50 non-refundable fee per dog.
Pets must stay off furniture and bedding ("4 on the floor" rule).
Please pick up after them outside.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Add-ons that may apply for reservation:
Pack N Play: $40 per item.
High Chairs: $40 per item.

RENTAL POLICIES
Minimum age to book is 25 years.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.

All vehicles must fit entirely in the driveway due to strict HOA rules.
No on-street parking is allowed.
Violations may result in fines, and snow plows may not clear the street.
Ensure vehicles are not sticking out into the street.
