BellaVue Estate Mansion is a charming four-story Mansion in Flagstaff, Arizona. With the beautiful San Francisco Peaks as a backdrop, the Mansion is the perfect place to come together as family, friends and associates for formal as well as informal gatherings. The huge great room and two gourmet kitchens create a welcoming atmosphere to help you truly feel at home. You’ll also enjoy the comforts of nine bedrooms, including five master suites; seven full baths and two half baths, game room with pool table, three decks and vintage fireplace stove.

BellaVue Estate's crowning feature is the forest-bordered outdoor courtyard with stunning mountain views, large seating and grassy areas, cascading rock waterfall, Sedona Red Rock fire pit and lounge seating.
* For large groups, the space is used by reservation and fee.

Foxglenn Park is next door with multiple picnic areas, playground equipment, huge grassy fields, skate park, and access to walking, hiking and biking trails.

We Love this Place!
This is our second time coming to this house, and we love it! There is plenty of room for our group, and we love having two kitchens to use for cooking, preparing, and storing food. The views are incredible, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are nice. Jim is great to work with, too!

We had our whole family here for our Christmas celebration, and the house was great. Plenty of room for everyone, so many bedrooms and bathrooms, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. :)

Large Nice Home for an Adult Group
The spaciousness provided privacy for 10 people with multiple sitting areas throughout the home and bedrooms on multiple levels. We stayed home one evening instead of going out to dinner so that we could enjoy the home.

Great Flagstaff Retreat for Large Groups
My family and two other families enjoyed our stay at the Mansion House Lodge at Bellavue Estate. The house has fantastic, spacious common areas and all of the amenities that large groups need to feel connected, while still having plenty of areas to spread out into for quiet time. The location is great with access to lots of nearby outdoor activities. The house is clean and well-maintained, with well thought out features that guests will enjoy. We would stay many times again.

Perfect for large family!
We have had a wonderful vacation here! We’ve experienced all the site seeing in the area. The house accommodated all of us w room to spare. (13.....with 5 kids) We cooked, played games. Shot pool. I highly recommend for large families!

Most Definitely a Mansion!
We brought a group from our church in Phoenix to stay here for the weekend and had an amazing time! There were enough beds for everyone, and we loved the views and all the different sitting areas. We could gather together easily, but we could also spread out to play games, eat meals, or just sit and chat. The kitchen was amazing and met all of our needs in cooking for 20+ people. The access to downtown was convenient, and it was so nice to have actual parking spots onsite. We loved this house and definitely hope to return next year!

Nice place but not for us!
We rent from VRBO all the time and like to try new places this place was nice but on a very busy road which you don't see in any of the pictures.The property manager/owner also stays on property and keeps a close eye on what you are doing. You can be outside but no noise not even a radio playing. We are very good renters and take great care of each place we rent but I felt like I couldn't really enjoy this place because I had to make sure everyone was quiet, and we stayed inside for most of it to avoid any issues instead of being outside enjoying the weather!

Slice of Heaven!
We celebrated my mothers birthday with all of the siblings and their spouses. The home was beautiful and in a nice location. We enjoyed spending time together in this home and in the area at the nearby park and hike. There was plenty room for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes we needed. They were quick to respond with any questions and easy to work with. I would recommend this to anyone ready to relax in the beautiful pines of Flagstaff.

Beautiful location; interesting house with lots of room for large group. Plenty of bath towels but stingy with kitchen towels. Some concern because some bedrooms were lacking smoke alarms. Needs a regular coffee maker; Keurig doesn't work well with large group.

Absolutely Fantastic!
What an incredible house and property! We surprised my Dad for his 70th birthday and had a wonderful time! The house is setup perfectly to entertain large groups of people, with plenty of master suites, bedrooms, and bathrooms for lots of couples to stay comfortably! The kitchen, dining spaces, living areas, and bountiful balconies and porches were all so clean and inviting and a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The outside courtyard and fire pit offered a great space to enjoy the mountain views and cozy fire in the brisk evenings. The property owners were so accommodating and responsive to any questions we had during and before the trip. I highly recommend this house and property for any stays of larger groups in the Flagstaff area! It is an easy 1 hr drive to the Grand Canyon and worth every penny!

70th birthday weekend
If you are a large loud partying kind of family this is not a good choice for you. I hosted 30 people for my husband’s 70th birthday. We rented the main house and all the cottages and the studio. We ranged in age from 78 to 5. Be aware that there are lots and lots of stairs. The mansion is 4 stories and each cottage has the bedroom in a loft area up a flight of stairs as well. Two of my guests fell and were slightly injured on the stairs. Another issue for us was the quiet time. It is 9 am. It is in all the rules and it is enforced strictly. This was very difficult for my family. Also the fire pit area is dark. My husband took a fall in that area. Another issue for us was our decorations for my husband’s party. We were asked to remove them. It was very disappointing. The mansion is very large but hard for older guests because of the stairs. The common area is fantastic but limited and dark at night. This place is perfect for you if you are a low key quiet family. My family is not.
