Newly renovated home with views!

This family friendly home is located in Flagstaff, Arizona on 2.5 acres with beautiful views of the San Francisco peaks.

Our favorite place on the property is the back patio. This space is peaceful, quiet relaxing!
The space
This home was completely upgraded in 2022 with an executive kitchen and spacious outdoors for entertainment. This home has three bedrooms, one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds.

The location is perfect in that you have the seclusion of being just outside of town but still nearby amenities. Downtown and NAU are located within 20 minutes of the property.

This home is solely heated through a wood pellet stove which keeps the home warmd during winter months. There are also additional space heaters if needed. With Flagstaffs mostly cool weather year round, air conditioning is not very common. There is a window air conditioner to use if to help cool the home. This home is located on dirt road that is fairly maintained and in the process of getting paved.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. There is a guest home in the backyard that is not accessible to guests. Guests have parking in the front and driveway. No garage parking. Laundry is located in the garage.

This is a pet free, smoke/vape free home.
