This renovated single level home features a large chef's kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and a hot tub on the large rear deck! The rear deck is elevated above the pine forest and the Flagstaff Urban Trail System with great trails! Other amenities include central AC. cable TV, single level home with 2 master suites.
The space
This renovated single level home features a large chef's kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and a hot tub on the large rear deck! Luxury finishes include new hardwood cabinets, hand scraped wood floors, gorgeous kitchen and custom travertine bathrooms. The large rear deck is elevated above the pine forest and the Flagstaff Urban Trail system where you can hike and bike on over 50 miles of trails! There are 2 master bedrooms with each containing a deluxe king size bed, HDTV w/ TiVo and a spa like bathroom suite. The sizable 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed while the 4th bedroom has 2 full size (double) beds. The home will comfortably sleep 10 people with an additional 2 people on an inflatable queen size bed. From inside this gorgeous home, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the ponderosa pine trees seen through the dramatic great room windows that extend upward towards the peaked ceiling.


This ideal Flagstaff location is perfectly situation with convenient proximity to local restaurants, entertainment, stores, Northern Arizona University and downtown Flagstaff. It is a perfect base of operations for those interested in visits to Arizona Snowbowl, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Williams, Bearizona, Polar Express, Lowell Observatory, Flagstaff Snow Park, North Pole Experience, Fort Tuthill County Park, Flagstaff Extreme, Coconino National Forest, Northern Arizona University and much more!


We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, body wash and hand soap.

Although often there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, spices, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends!

Surrounded by Pines
The house was perfect for our group of 7. We felt away from it all while still having easy access to Flagstaff and areas around it. The pine tree smell outside greeted us every day. The check-in and out process was simple and smooth. We had trouble with a couple appliances, which is why we give it 4 stars instead of 5.

Grand Canyon Weekend
The kitchen was open and large for multiple people to work on meals. Beds were comfortable. Spa worked great. The location was convenient for shopping and restaurants. The house needs a little TLC but we would probably book again.

Weekend getaway
My family loves to get away and get out of the heat. We love to rent cabins up north to get out of the Phoenix heat. The cabin was relaxing and our view of pine trees and blue skies were awesome. We were pleasantly surprised by the walking trails directly behind the cabin. We had a great trip.

Graduation week-end in beautiful Flagstaff
The house could not have been more perfect. Location is excellent - Quiet area with a wonderful train outside the door. Linens and towels were great. Set up was as described. The deck is fabulous with the hot tub and plenty of seating. Our group was grandparents to a 10 year old and everyone had a great time. Five minutes of NAU (we were there for graduation). Will definitely return

Wonderful winter location
Wonderful time, super clean with extra linens, and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hill in the backyard is fun for sledding, and hot tub is wonderful to unwind after it all (if it shuts down, check the breaker next to the nearby door). Beautiful, fun, warm, and cozy. Definitely up for staying again!

GREAT PROPERTY!
Our trip was all about making family memories, and that we did! The home was PERFECT for us, and our grandkids had plenty of room to play. We were in close proximity to all of our adventures for the weekend, i.e. Bearizona, The Polar Express, and the North Pole Experience. It was nice being so close to the hiking trails too.

Family stay in Flagstaff
Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs and had more than enough space to accommodate the 5 of us. I loved the view from the back deck and as a runner, it's direct access to the urban trail system. The location of the house was great, close enough to downtown Flagstaff (5min) without being directly in downtown flagstaff. Great for families that want to stay close to the action without being in the action. Our only regret was not making time to enjoy the hot tub on the deck as I'm sure it would have felt terrific after long days of hiking.

Beautiful House
The house is beautiful, spacious and very well appointed with household items and toiletries. Great view from the deck with lots of privacy. Backed up to walking trails which we all enjoyed. Jacuzzi was clean and roomy. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Flag!!

Cozy house in a great location
Great location, nice neighborhood, nice spa, all the amenities and extras. Like others said, the house needs a little TLC and I wouldn't call it luxury but it was a great place to stay in Flagstaff for a few days for our family with young kids. I gave it a 4 star because the bedding needs to be updated, especially the pillows. Even my kids complained how flat the pillows were in all the beds.

Great space for our family!
Layout of home was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable and we had lots of space for six adults and three children under 12. Kitchen and dining space was great, with plenty of room to prepare meals and eat as a family. Back deck is a great space but could use some TLC. Railing is loose and furniture has seen some better days., but we still enjoyed spending time outside. We would select this property again if we travel to Flagstaff again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We chose this property because it was supposed to have a hot tub, but the hot tub wasn't working. I called specific number for the spa guy and ended up leaving a voice mail. Nobody bothered to return my call. We would like a refund.

Perfect getaway
This is was impeccably clean and was a perfect fit for us (4 adults/4 children). The kitchen was well equipped and the house manual was so detailed, nothing was missed! The kids loved the snowy hill right outside and we can’t wait until summer time to rent it again and enjoy the wonderful large deck! There were only two minor things that could have improved our experience 1. the TiVo in the living room was difficult to figure out but we eventually did get it and 2. For us, it would be great to have another bed in the 4th bedroom, but we brought up an air mattress instead and there was plenty of room for that! These things will definitely not keep us from booking again as we are already looking to find another weekend to visit! Thank you!
