Gorgeous Presidio in the Pines home with many upgrades & comforts for your stay

Welcome to our spacious modern home in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything that will make your vacation spectacular. Visit any time of year! In the winter head up to snow bowl to catch the slopes. In the summer, nature trails are numerous perfect for stargazing, hiking, mountain biking and more. Head into town to discover local eateries, coffee shops, breweries, shops, the farmers market and parks great for kids. Sedona and the south rim of the Grand Canyon is a short drive away!

Our home is fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you will need to host your family/friends. Your guests can enjoy a quiet evening by the indoor fireplace, playing games or watching TV on a smart TV equipped with multiple streaming options. There is also a separate loft with its own TV and comfy couch for time away from the main family room.

You can also enjoy the cool mountain air in our enclosed backyard where you can sit by a gas fire pit and/or grill and enjoy a dinner on the patio.

The neighborhood is a quiet/dark sky neighborhood perfect for an evening walk to the multiple nearby parks. Star gazing is a wonderful way to enjoy the Flagstaff mountain ambiance!

Finally, our beds have been noted as one of the most comfortable stays in a vacation home! Our 3 queen beds and 1 king bed will welcome you and your guests for a comfortable night's sleep!

We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo with spacious rooms for all four of us, a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and reliable high-speed internet. It's the perfect spot for friends or family looking for comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

Andrea was a fantastic host! She was extremely responsive, provided great details for check-in/out process, and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The location was excellent as we could quickly access everything that we wanted to do during our stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all nearby attractions, I highly recommend this one!!

Stay was perfect! We had 6 people and it fit us all perfectly. We were just a 5 min drive from NAU campus which is what we came for so it was perfect. The owner was very fast with reply’s and the house was very clean. Would 100% recommend!

Great Flagstaff Home
We stayed at the property for 1 night so that we could take our kids to the Polar Express in Williams and also enjoy some time in Flagstaff. The home was extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. The directions were clear and accurate. The accommodations were as described. All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Very nice house near Flagstaff city
We enjoyed the beautiful house very much. Lots of space and a great wellcome feeling. Coming from Germany we had a long journey behind us and loved the style of the house, the streets around and the great nature. Supermarket was about 8min, Flagstaff city about 8 min, Lowell observatory (pls visit at nightime it"s gigantic for people who love science). The house was our beautiful and relaxing home for trips to the Grand Canyon.

We visited Flagstaff and Sedona
It was perfect for us 6 women; 3 sisters and their grown daughters. It was quiet and comfortable. Loved the washer and dryer; used it every night. We started taking a girls trip every year and this will be hard to beat! Loved the price. This is so much better than a hotel! I would however suggest adding more wash clothes. We could not get the dish washer to start. Over all we loved it and would recommend it and stay there again if we are ever in Flagstaff!

Very nice house in a nice neighborhood
Very nice 2-story home in a good quiet neighborhood. Liked the size of the beds offered, nothing smaller than a queen. Close to downtown Flagstaff and the NAU campus. Several TV's throughout the house. The washer/dryer and A/C were greatly appreciated. The only negative was there was no garage parking. We didn't find this out until after we were sent the house instructions the day before staying. We parked in the driveway and our new car was showered with thousands of tiny pine tree sap droplets from a tree on the property. The windshield and car were covered! The garage is used as an "owners closet". We parked in the cutout in the street when it was available to avoid the tree.

Very clean and comfortable home.
This home is very welcoming and has all the things you need. The beds are comfortable and the sitting area is great for reading or watching movies with the family. We were very happy staying here!

Beautiful home for a family
This was one of the best places I've stayed in. The house was gorgeous and clean. The space was perfect for having 2 toddlers and we loved being in walking distance to a cute park. When we had troubles with the TV, the owner responded right away with solutions.
