Flagstaff stay
This property is in a quiet easy to access neighborhood. Close to the highway and exit. We used Flagstaff as our hub and drove to the Grand Canyon and other historical site. Nothing was too far away.

I did not appreciate the lack of communication about there being no A/C. I was surprised when I arrived, and then later found it hidden in the description about 1000 words in, about no air conditioning. And it was hot. This should be clearly communicated upfront in the description.

Too many stairs
First the directions to check in were incorrect. It says keyless entry. Listing says keyless entry. Keypad would not work. Called property manager, she told us we needed to use a the key box to get key. That was never communicated to us. And we were very upset that the listing did not say All bedrooms are on second floor. It just says stairs are required, which we thought were the stairs to get into the condo. My husband has very limited mobility in his left leg. If the listing would have said all bedrooms are on second floor we would have not booked this property. We went to wash dishes in dishwasher and it wouldn’t come on Drain in shower would not drain and the tub was filling up. My husband checked drain and it was full of disgusting hair. We have pictures. The deck outside was filthy and covered in debris. We just left a property in Page that was “Guest experience” oriented. This property is a great example of someone buying a property throwing a little money at it and renting it out with no regard for the customer experience. We have pictures of all thing’s mentioned. And would like to speak to someone about a refund.

Grand Canyon Visit
We loved this townhouse in Flagstaff for a quick pre-Holiday trip to see the Grand Canyon. House was clean, had some nice holiday decorations, and plenty of space. We loved the gas fireplace! The listing states the property has a hot tub, but this is not exactly accurate. The property is part of a country club community and it is possible to get access to the amenities but there is a large fee, paperwork, and it must be done at least a week in advance. This part of the listing should be improved. Overall very nice place.

Fit the need well
Good location and property was as described. 3 of the 4 in our group spent 4 days backpacking in Grand Canyon so used property to stage before and after trip while 4th stayed at the property. Super nice to have laundry and comfy beds available. Enjoyed the deck for relaxation. Notified the property manager that the stairs between floors need some type of highlighting as they have a non standard start and end. We successfully hiked the Grand Canyon but 2 of us tripped on the stairs in the property :(

Wonderful Weekend Stay
We moved our daughter back up to NAU. It was amazing to stay in this comfortable and homey 3 bedroom townhouse. Plenty of room for myself, husband and 22yr old son. The bedrooms had plenty of room, spacious bathrom upstairs, and half bath downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped. We spent peaceful mornings on the deck enjoying cups of coffee. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We looked forward to returning to the townhouse at the end of the day to relax and unwind after moving furniture and boxes all day. We definitely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again!

Nice property
Nice property, exactly as advertised, clean, comfy beds, plenty of room for my family of 5. The little single bedroom was super cute as a private space for my oldest. We used the house as a launch point for Flagstaff, Sedona and Grand Canyon. If you have kids, would take them to Oregano's on Country Club just up the road, and def order from El Tapatio at least once.

Property was adequate, but a bit tired. Could use quite a bit of touch up for banged walls, nicked corners and baseboards, broken screen, doorknobs. Also, Netflix and Amazon would not work on TV.

We loved the way we felt at home here, great location, very quiet location, loved the decor and loved The fact that we got to sit in the evening and use the fireplace because it was a bit on the chilly side also great communication. Would love to come and stay again.

Perfect location for so many memories
Property was just as indicated in property description and photos. Very convenient to south rim of Grand Canyon, Sedona, Slide Rock State Park, Walnut Canyon National Monument and other attractions. Communication with owner and staff was good. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay again if we vacation in that area in the future.

Lovely location - Nice property
As mentioned in the listing - stairs are required to get to the bedrooms - so keep that in mind. There are 2 'real' bedrooms upstairs, and another little half-bedroom tucked in a corner. Our kids actually LOVED the small little half-room - so that worked out great. The amenities are cool - but do require fees to be paid after your rental fees (this is also listed on the listing - but worth reiterating). I dealt with the property manager a few times via e-mail before our stay and she was very easy to work with and very responsive. The property itself was very nice/comfortable and provided us easy access to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Snowbowl, and of course Flagstaff's historic Route 66. We would definitely stay at this property again if visiting the area.

We loved staying here and lived the amenities for the kids that you can have access to for a few. We spent a lot of time at the rec center hot tub and playing games! Super close to skiing too.
