This is a mid-century built split level home with 2 bedrooms and all common spaces on the upper level. The lower level has 1 bedroom, a 3/4 bathroom, and bonus room.
The bedrooms/sleeping spaces consist of:
Upper level of home
- Master bedroom w/ ensuite; 1 King bed
- Second bedroom; 1 Full sized bed
Lower level of home
- Third bedroom; 1 King bed
- Bonus room; Twin sized bunk bed and twin sized trundle bed (4 twin beds total)
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with ample space for your items. It also has it's own ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a recently remodeled shower.
The second bedroom, has a full-sized bed and good views out the front of the house.
The third bedroom downstairs has a king bed, couch and table/desk.
The fourth bedroom is set up has a multi use room. It has a TV with a PlayStation (the original, old school, #1) console. There is a trundle bed, as well as twin sized bunk bed (4 twin beds total). There is a wood burning fireplace in this room and a door with access outside to the front of the house. There is no interior door or closet, so it's not a true "bedroom", but it does have a dresser for clothing storage. This room is perfect for the kids!
This home has PLENTY of outdoor deck space on the huge wraparound deck! Enjoy the BBQ grill and eating outside. Watch golfers sink puts and drive balls. You might even catch a glimpse of Mt. Elden depending on the time of the year and the trees.
If you're looking to golf, the club house is less than 5 minutes away!
If you want to get out and explore, there is easy access to nearby Campbell Mesa Trail, and Walnut Canyon. You will also be near restaurants, shopping, and downtown. Use this house as your launching point to explore Flagstaff and Northern AZ!!!
Snowbowl (40 min), Grand Canyon (1 hour and 20 min to Park Entrance), Sunset Crater (25 min), and many hiking and biking trails!
Guests will have access to the entire home except some locked closets and cabinets.
We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well.

Continental Country Club is one of Flagstaff’s premier neighborhoods with mostly older quality designed single family homes. The neighborhood has convenient access to restaurants, groceries, and Continental Golf Club amenities (some require membership). This neighborhood is great for families that just want to get away and relax. Continental Country Club is also perfect for the guests that will be on the move because you can easily access trails and major highways for adventures near and far.
Continental Country Club is located in the Eastern portion of Flagstaff, convenient to I40 (west to Williams and the Grand Canyon, and east to Winslow), Highway 89 (North to Sunset Crater, Lake Powell, North Rim of Grand Canyon, and South to Sedona and Verde Valley), as well as Highway 180 to Snowbowl. NAU campus lies to the West about 7 miles (10 minutes). Fort Tuthill County Park (Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course, Bike Park, Pepsi Amphitheater, Overland Expo, Rodeo, County Fair, etc.) is located to the west about 10 miles (12 minutes), and Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is just across the I17 (Freeway to/from Phoenix) from Ft. Tuthill County Park.
When you stay here, you will want a vehicle to get around. Guests will have 4 off-street parking spaces in the drive-way, two of which are under a carport.
City of Flagstaff does not allow street parking during winter time; November 1st through April 1st.
After booking you will be sent a link to your guest registration page. This is though us directly. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.

Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov't ID
Vehicle information
As is the case with most mountain homes, this home does not have central air conditioning. It does however have one portable unit that we set up in the living room area. It does stay cooler in the lower level due to being partially below grade. There are also many fans throughout the house.
City Ordinance: No street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. There are off-street parking spaces available, but please try to utilize the driveway only. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.
Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 10 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.

• Dogs are allowed if they are on the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in downstairs carpeted area. You must clean up your dog's poop! Bags are provided😁
Please use provided dark towels to wipe your dogs' paws before they go inside the home.

#3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use
• Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. Please only vape outside away from any entrances. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#4 - Number of Guests
• Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!
#5 – No Parties
• Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level city ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!
#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
• If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. Please do not put dirty dishes away.
#7 - Check Out is 10AM
• Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25.
#8 - Lights and Electronics
• We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.
