Here are some details that you will need to know:
* Please remove your shoes after entering the home to help us preserve our real hardwood floors.
* The primary Internet Providers in Northern Arizona have started monitoring internet usage for the downloading of illegal activity such as copyright infringement, and streaming of pirated materials. They can tell exactly when and what kind of illegal activity was accessed and they lock access to the internet entirely. PLEASE don't access anything along this line, as it can take days to get it turned back on.
*The grill is connected to the home's gas system. No propane tanks are required!
*Please put out the recycle bin to the street on Sunday evening for Monday pickup and please put out the trash bin to the street on Wednesday evening for Thursday pick up. The garbage/recycle cans are located in the garage.
*This is a No-Smoking property.
*Please do not lock the garage door to the laundry room.*

Check-out Instructions are as follows:
* Please leave the property as tidy as you receive it. Check-out in a Vacation Rental is similar to checking out of a Hotel.
* There is no need to strip the beds. We will take care of laundering the bedding and towels after you leave.
* Dishes should be cleaned and returned to the appropriate cabinet or left in the dish rack to dry.
* Please adjust the thermostat to 58 degrees whenever you leave the property to avoid frozen pipes. In the winter, this is important.
* Please clean the grill after each use.
* Trash should be deposited in the trash cans.
* Please turn off all lights and fans.
* Lock the back door and front door.
