I liked the proximity to restaurants and pubs and shops near by.
Location is right near ( 5 min walk) from most restaurants and shops and having parking right outside the door was super convenient. Unit was clean and dog friendly.
Great location within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and NAU. Some loud noise due to students being back, but nothing unmanageable. Nice spot for a quick weekend getaway.
Great location in walking distance to All of downtown
Nice time in a convenient spot with safe parking and lots of food & drink options nearby. Easy in & out walk from downtown. No appreciable train noise. Studio was well maintained - perfect for a short stay.
Close to everything in downtown Flagstaff. We truly enjoyed barhopping and shopping around the downtown area. This property is easy to park and walk wherever you want to go. Nice large room, clean and well appointed. We will definitely return to this location
Highly recommend their cottage as your accommodations in Flagstaff.
Stayed Wed-Sat to escape the heat of Phoenix. Property was clean and I could bring my small dogs which was a plus. Downside was really no grass or run for dogs so I had to walk them outside the property.
Condo proximity was great and could walk to anywhere in downtown within a short walk which was a major plus.
I didnt read through a lot of the reviewes prior about the Rescue next door but other than seeing a few folks lounging around I didnt have any issues with anybody.

Flagstaff visit
Clean Vrbo rental, however, next to a homeless shelter of some sort. Multiple homeless roaming the neighborhood and harassing us during the visit. One good aspect of the location was the options for restaurants/bars, but that was about it. The homeless shelter and neighborhood was very concerning and stressful.
The property was located in the best area of downtown Flagstaff. We were able to walk to many different breweries/ restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property to others.
This is a perfect place to stay and play in Downtown Flag. Surprisingly clean and updated. Everything you need inside. You do have to go through a manual gate to get your car in and out, so come prepared to stay. Plently of places to walk to nearby.
My husband and I took a trip to flagstaff to explore breweries. This place was the perfect location! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The place was secure, had parking and a great set up. We will definitely book again.
My husband and I came to Flagstaff for a long weekend with our dog. We visited the Grand Canyon and our drive was only 1.5 hours away. We wanted to relax, eat, and drink for the rest of our stay and this was the perfect location to take a walk to get to wonderful restaurants and bars. The space was cozy and comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure! Parking was easy, safe, and included with the stay!
This clean little cottage is minutes from everything (and right next door to Historic Brewing). Owners were amazing from check-in to departure and even after discovering we left garments behind. They were quick to respond and helps us collect our items. 5 stars!
Great little place that’s close to everything. We were expecting noise at night given that we were so close to the action downtown but it was very quiet and comfy!
So many good restraints and shops within walking distance. Great location to explore the downtown
The unit was very clean, contemporary. Free Kewrig coffee and water bottles were plus. We loved the place but there were a few cons:
Wifi signal was not great, works only a couple minutes, on and off.
This unit is located in downtown, surrounded by bars/restaurants and it could be noisy at night
We stayed there when heatwave hit and the unit has no AC…only fan. I know its very rare to get that hot in Flagstaff and many places do not have AC
Having said that all, we really enjoy the stay.
We will definitely come back
If you're interested in the downtown nightlife in Flagstaff, this is a great place. It's within walking distance to so many bars and restaurants. Great place for couples too!
Great location and perfect spot for an overnight stop.

The room is next to a Rescue Mission, I would walk my dogs and find homeless men laying on the groun
The room is next to a rescue mission, I would try to walk my dogs in the morning and there would be men sleeping on the ground next to the cabin, I found long black hair in the shower, there was construction going on at the front of building, very nice guys, but the little restaurant in the front had a screaming argument with the construction Guys( the construction guys were really trying to calm the situation, I would have liked a small microwave, to warm leftovers, there is a large gate you have to get out of your car to unlock gate and push the gate open to get your car through, my car was in the middle of the busy street while I was opening both sides of the gate to get my car through, ( I can by my self if you have a second person to open the gate it wouldn’t be so bad)
The property was just what we were looking for. It was clean, nicely furnished, and walking distance from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.
