Comfy, clean & modern home backing to forest trails & only minutes to downtown!

Feel at home with super comfy beds, wifi TVs in all rooms, Sonos and high speed internet. The home backs to forest trails and is only about a 1 mile drive to NAU and the historic downtown. This is our second home and we love being here, cherishing our time at the house. We have all sorts of games and creature comforts for all of our guests. We hope you love it as much as we do. One bedroom has a king size bed, one has a queen and the third bedroom has a full size and a twin. We have all amenities that you might need during your stay, including a washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron/ironing board, etc. New backyard composite deck with table, seating and BBQ.

My family loved our stay here in Flagstaff. Convenient access to everything and super nice perks like the speakers throughout the house and patio and the direct access to trails behind the house. The owners also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and communicated lots of helpful information in advance of our arrival.

Very clean, organized, accommodating and cozy. Had everything that I needed to cook meals both inside and outside. Perfect amount of seating for family conversations and game nights. Great location!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and nice and had everything that we needed. It's also centrally located so we were able to do a lot including Sedona, the Grand Canyon, the Petrified Forest National Park and Meteor Crater. We flew in & out of Phoenix and stopped at the Desert Botanical Gardens before our flight home. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway spot
We had to go to Flagstaff for a gymnastics competition for our daughter. Most families came in for the event and stayed at a hotel one night, but we decided to bring our best friends and make it a getaway weekend to escape Phoenix for a bit. It was a wonderfully relaxing place. Steve was easily reachable for any questions and fixes we needed and the house was a perfect fit for the 6 of us. We would definitely stay there again!! Great home, good location
We were very impressed with how comfortable and clean the home was. Then the stock of pantry items helped us so much with our meal prep. We had such fun visiting all the beautiful National Parks, canyons and Flagstaff highlights such as Lowell Observatory and Old Town. Highly recommend Grand Canyon Tours. Antelope Canyon is a must see.

Great place, close to town!
My husband and I and our 15 month old son stayed here with my sister - in law and her husband and newborn. The house was very clean, close to town and had a nice backyard with a beautiful trail. There was a lot of snow on the ground so we were able to walk to do some sledding. Being close to the freeway and town was great for everything we needed and places to eat. The Owners were very kind and easy to communicate with and left us a nice bottle of wine and snacks. I would recommend for a family!

Great quiet property close to downtown and the interstate. Gas fireplace in the living room was great to have as it snowed two days during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, and appliances. The gas range was much appreciated as we cook with gas at home. Thank you for sharing your home.

We enjoyed staying here. Went up North for snow and to take the kids to the North Pole Experience. House is very welcoming and has all the amenities. We had no issues, and there was even a welcome tray! Felt like a home away from home. Great location. Close to everything. We will definitely stay here again!
