Centrally located two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath bungalow w/garage three miles down Route 66 to downtown and NAU. Flag Medical Center is close by. Fully remodeled with speedy 1 gig WiFi, Samsung Smart TVs in bedrooms and living room, and updated retro appliances. Full-size washer and dryer. Easy access to mountain bike and hiking trails. Great home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Williams, and the Snowbowl. Fully fenced yard with Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and charcoal BBQ grill.

Sweet, remodeled two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath and a one-car garage that boasts extra storage and a full-size washer and dryer. The home features a fully fenced yard with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and a charcoal BBQ.

Inside the home, you'll find the living room with an electric fireplace and 55" Samsung Smart TV, two sofas (long enough to sleep on but they do not fold out into beds), and a club chair.

The oversized eat-in kitchen is well equipped with cookware, new 2022 retro cherry red appliances, and a dining table with comfortable seating for four.

The large master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite half bath. The second bedroom also features a king bed. This bungalow is an end unit in a three-home building, with no one above or below. The living spaces share no common walls.

We LOVE dogs, and they stay free. Sorry, but no cats are permitted due to allergies.
