Welcome!
We have 3 completely charming and cozy little Cottage Chalets at our famous BellaVue Estate, newly remodeled and sparkling clean! This listing is for Cottage #1.

HOW DO YOU THINK OUR COTTAGES CAME TO BE?
The builder and his little girl had been working on the plans for her dream “play house”. One day he had an idea. “Let’s make it bigger!” So, these Cottages are exact replicas of that original design….just life-size! We can’t wait for you to come stay..... and play!!

In addition to the 3 Cottages, our Estate also has a 4-story Mansion and a 1BR Studio Suite for rent. That's 5 rentals total and they can be rented separately or as a group, whatever you need!

The grounds here are incredibly serene and beautiful, with amazing mountain views, outdoor seating areas, as well as grassy play areas, cascading rock waterfall and our Sedona Red Rock fire pit. We have free parking on site and we're convenient to everything in town.

The Estate is also adjacent to Foxglenn Park with multiple picnic areas, playground equipment, huge grassy fields, skate park, and access to walking, hiking and biking trails.

ABOUT OUR COTTAGE CHALET: Our Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests in beds. The loft bedroom has a Queen Memory-foam bed, wrapped in the coziest UGG bedding and professionally laundered Premiere Linens, just begging for a long, lazy morning.

JUST ADDED for kids of all ages... a small sleeping nook, "Harry Potter" room, with Twin memory-foam mattress only, and sliding barn door for privacy. Access to this fun, unique little space requires a 3ft. climb up galvanized steel piping, attached directly to the wall. Come give this cozy little hideaway a try! We also provide a full-size sleeper sofa in the family room.

This is a recent review from a guest who stayed in Cottage #3, but the design is the same for all of our Cottages...
"I don’t think there’s enough space to recount all the amazing things about this cottage. It makes sense why it (the whole property) can also be used as a wedding venue. The scenery seemed like something out of a fairy tale, deer included! The leaves were changing, the weather was chilly and rainy, nature was abundant and thriving. The cottage was clean and tidy, it was so comfortable and cozy with the cutest decorations like little succulents and marble coasters. There was even a charming warmer that looked like a
fireplace. All the amenities we needed were provided to us by the hosts. It can
comfortably accommodate 4 adults if necessary. There is a small nook in the wall that would be the perfect hideaway to do homework or read or just be alone. We didn’t get to plan to use the fire pit but it would have been perfect for the cool weather. The hosts were readily available and as friendly and inviting as can be. There is a Walmart 5 driving minutes away, a convenience store, and even a park and skate park! The views look like something out of a Bob Ross painting - surreal! My only regret was having to leave this
amazing place. This was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at and I plan to return as soon as possible!"

Super Cute Cottages
We stayed in one of the three cottages. It was perfect for my husband and I. Nicely decorated, great location and very comfortable....and you cannot beat Flagstaff weather. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice little cozy getaway
This is me and my husband's second time staying here. Just as the first time, this place feels cozy and welcoming. Owners were also very welcoming and do a great job of upkeeping the place.

home away from home in Flagstaff
The cottage was very comfortable and cosy. Located in a residential area, it is quiet and next door to a park - which would be great for kids. It is a quick drive to downtown Flagstaff. The images and description are very accurate and it was easy to communicate with the owners.

Unbeatable quality, price, and comfort
This was our first time staying at the Bellevue cottages in Flagstaff and it was an excellent experience all around. From the easy, contact-less check-in, cleanliness, quality of the furnishings, linens, towels, to the location and beauty of the property, it was all first class. The price was great and the host (Jim) was very responsive. This won't be our last time staying here and will surely recommend it to friends looking for a quality Flagstaff experience.

Cozy Flagstaff Cottage
We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Quiet and secluded from the main town, yet very accessible and not too far from any of the places we needed to get to. The place was great for all we needed and did not lack a thing. The only detail we would add, is that the laundry is not under the same roof, but in a separate room / place. This was OK for us and the host made it accessible for our need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and would love to stay in the same place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfection!
We had a glorious stay in this absolutely charming cottage! Nestled in the beautiful pines, absolutely spotless, and very well appointed, you need look no further for your Flagstaff stay. We spent hours in the courtyard breathing in the healing mountain air. Whether we were inside watching the rain or outside enjoying the view, we loved every second of our visit! A thousand thanks to Jim and Jen for this jewel of a place! We will be back!

Like new house and grounds
The pictures on VRBO don’t do justice for this listing. Units are like new and the outdoor space was perfect. We spent time indoors only when we were getting close to going to bed, either we were being tourists or we were sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather and perfect grounds. Plenty of space to social distance and still visit with other guests.

Charming Winter Home
Our stay was comfortable and the location was great. The overall property is very charming and added to the 'cabin' experience. It was perfect for our little family. I didn't give it 5 stars due to the overwhelming amount of rules/restrictions and potential additional fees for everything from early check in, to leaving an item behind, and having to pay for the "inconvenience" in addition to mailing expenses. Although we did not incur any additional fees and I understand the need to cover all bases as a property owner, this is the first time we had to sign a contract rental agreement and that aspect did not feel welcoming at all.

I originally booked this cabin for my daughter and I the beginning of Dec but due to COVID we had to cancel, however my fiancé and I were able to have a nice romantic getaway and leave the hustle and bustle of the city. It was such an amazing experience the cottage is so beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures of not better in person. The other guest on the property were sweet and kind. I will definitely be coming back — girls trip is next!! Thank you again guys oh and thank you for spelling my last name right lol.

Excellent Accommodations and Host
We loved the condo! It was comfortable and very clean. The porch was an extra treat. We ate, read and just hung out in the wonderful Flagstaff air. The location was great with easy access to the rest of Flagstaff. Our host, Doug, went out of his way to accommodate us and make our stay pleasant and relaxing.

Beautiful cottage and setting
The layout of this cottage was very well thought-out. It was beautiful and modern, and exceptionally clean. It had a small kitchen but had all the normal appliances, even including a small dishwasher. It had about 8 operable windows throughout, providing natural light and nice breezes. The grounds are beautiful too and there is a great park and access to trails next to the property. We found it very comfortable and are planning to go again next month.

Cozy Cottage
This is a very nice property in a great location. It’s situated in a pine alcove with a Mountain View when you walk out the front door. The location is very quiet, and yet within minutes of the freeway, Whole Foods, REI and a bunch of restaurants. This is not a luxury home comparable to a $1000 a night stay with a view, but it doesn’t pretend to be either. There is no view from inside the cottage, it is small, and the one bathroom is on the main level and the bed is in a loft upstairs making bathroom visits at night more challenging (14 stairs and two turns to be exact). The word “efficient” tends to be used as a euphemism to describe a small space, but in the case of this cottage I mean that in the best possible way. It feels very homey with many wonderful decorative touches that belie the draconian feeling of the rental process that includes two multiple page documents that describe all the things you can get fined for, including not even arriving in the parking lot before check-in time, lest you make the housekeepers nervous and incur a $75 penalty. (That’s not a joke. The paperwork actually says that!) However, I did run into one of the owners during my stay and found her to be very warm and welcoming. Another thing worth noting: arrival/departure details one would usually find on the VRBO app are NOT included there but sent in an email instead. Don’t reply on the app to find important rental details if you’re used to that. The last thing I will make you aware of is that this cottage does not have central air. This turned out to be important to me because as an allergy sufferer I very much value having filtered air. My stay happened to coincide with spring allergy season, so by the third night I was pretty miserable. Having said all this, I would not hesitate to recommend this property if the critiques I noted above would not cause you pause. It’s a nice property, in a great location, and for the cost, it’s hard to beat!
