The Space:
**Stair use** - this property has three floors accessible via stairs. The first floor only has four stairs. The second and third have twelve.

Due to the Flagstaff City Noise Ordinance, all music and loud conversations must end by 10pm. Per the law, we have decibel meters in the property to ensure this is followed!

Downstairs you have a living room, two King bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a full kitchen! Upstairs you have an open concept, spacious kitchen, and living room. Full bathroom in between a King bedroom and a Queen bunk room. Situated in the corner are the primary suite with a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with dual shower heads, and a soaking tub. Up the stairs from that is the rooftop deck with a hot tub, fire pit, dining table, and comfy sectional. Soak in all the views Flagstaff offers, all from the comforts of your vacation home!

Be sure to check the weather closer to your arrival. If there's snow in the forecast, time your trip so you come before or after the storm. Cousins family trip
We joined in total 7 adult cousins and enjoyed a wonderful weekend. Played games and made memories. Property manager was easy to work with and responded to text quickly. Comfortable home with beautiful views.

Perfect Stay!
The house was exactly what I was looking for to accommodate our family of 12 (7 adults, 1 teenager, and 4 kids) on vacation. The rooftop area was an awesome place to hang out and recap the day’s activities while enjoying the sunset. The home is spacious, tastefully decorated, in pristine condition, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Mountain Perfection
The stay was just perfect. The house is brand new and gorgeous. All of the couples that stayed with us raved about it. Spotless, incredible rooftop and view, comfy beds, everything we needed. 20 min walk to downtown Flag, $7 five minute Uber. Communication with host was great. We will be back!

Gorgeous House
We came with work group to do a event up in Flagstaff. This place had a lot of room and space. The roof top deck was our favorite just to relax on as well as coffee and breakfast in morning. House exceeded our expectations. Two full levels of living spaces. I’d recommend as well stay again with a group. There are lots of stairs so make sure able to use stairs with ease. GREAT PLACE!

Wedding weekend
We stayed here for the weekend of my daughter's wedding in Parks. The house was amazing! There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out and get ready the day of the wedding but also everyone had privacy when needed. Kyle was very responsive when I had a question about early check-in and accommodated our request without a problem. The roof top area was incredible for relaxing and visiting. I would highly recommend this house!

Stellar Stay
The house was so clean and fresh, welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of red wine (which was pretty good). The hosts do a great job of communicating and leaving instructions and notes inside the property. Loved the views from every window and the rooftop. Our group was entertained with giant Jenga and the ping pong table (garage). Close to everything in Flagstaff. Highly recommend and would love to stay at any property hosted by Dwell as they are top notch.

Nothing Short of Amazing
From the moment we walked into the house, we knew we were at our home away from home. The spacious home was beautifully decorated. Even with 12 adults, we never felt cramped. The house was stocked for any need; even had a humidifier! All questions were answered promptly and Kyle always offered to come assist if needed.

Amazing Family Retreat
Our friends and us graduated from NAU and planned a trip to reunite now that we all have families and little ones. This was the perfect house for us! The communication from the property was awesome and it was super easy to check in. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room for group (6 adults and 6 kids). The roof was amazing. We loved the hot tub and playing cornhole, grilling, and enjoying the propane fire pits. We were a 2min drive from downtown and close to many other scenic spots. This college family reunion was a huge success thanks to this house!

Loved it!
We loved it! It was very clean, had everything we needed and fit our group perfectly. Having air conditioning and a garage was definitely a plus and the kids loved the roof top! It was nice to have two living areas with kitchens for two families. The welcome basket and music playing upon entering was a nice touch and we appreciated the quick and good communication from the management company during our stay. They were great to work with and we could tell they really cared about us having a great experience! It is a beautiful property and we would stay there again!

We’re writers, but we don’t have enough superlatives to express how fabulous this property is. Beautiful, clean, extremely well-suited to large groups. (note … there are 2 flights of 22 stairs —one from lower level to main, and another from main to rooftop). might not be ideal for people with knee issues.

Great home!
Stayed for just under a week. Absolutely perfect house for our family. It has TWO full kitchens, so if you have in-laws or another family traveling with you this would be even more perfect (first floor has 2 bedrooms each with one bed; one separate bathroom, and a kitchen....second floor has 3 bedrooms with 4 total beds, 2 bathrooms, and a separate kitchen). Upstairs master bathroom was gorgeous. It was spotlessly clean, exactly as shown in the photos, and had plenty of dishes, couches, towels. It was perfect. The hot tub was ready and waiting for us on the chilly nights. Two garage door openers were available, as was use of the garage so we could load/unload in the warmth. I have nothing negative to say whatsoever, and last but not least - all communication to the VRBO host was prompt and helpful! Thanks so much!

Weekend girls trip getaway
We had a group of 10 girls for a weekend getaway and this house had everything we needed. Great location! Not far from downtown. Loved the outdoor areas. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Everything new and in great condition. We had a great time! Would come back and recommend to others!

LOVED this place
This was one of the top VRBO’s we have stayed in. The property is brand new, and they truly thought of everything you might need during a stay. The beds were very comfortable. We loved our time on the roof deck in the jacuzzi, playing cornhole, and looking at the stars. Would highly recommend this house.

We absolutely love this vacation home!!! We are a family of 5 and our college age girls loved having their own rooms!! So very thankful I found this amazing home, the pictures don’t truly capture the details of the home!! Every morning we headed to the rooftop to enjoy our coffee and the stunning views!! This home was in the best location for our family’s day trips of sightseeing!! It was only a 1.5 hour drive to the south rim of the Grand Canyon and 45 minutes from Sedona. We took full advantage of the house’s amenities and its location!! We fell in love with Flagstaff and the cooler weather!!

Flagstaff Fun
Our experience with this owner and the home was wonderful. They were very responsive and helpful. The home was beautiful, cozy, and very clean, and had all of the necessities we needed. The photos are a great representation of the property, but it’s actually even more beautiful in person. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect home, perfect location, perfect experience.
The home is amazing, the location was just 3-5 minutes to everything we wanted to do. As a family of five, 2-17 year old daughters and son who is 20, this home gave us the perfect amount of space and amenities to keep everyone happy. The home is exquisite with very tasteful furnishings and amenities. There is enough space to spread out yet more than enough space to gather together for meals and family board games. And the Rooftop is a magnificent place to enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, corn hole and a competitive game of giant jenga. The view from the rooftop is amazing, and at night with forest on one side of you and beautiful starry Flagstaff sky above, we wished we stayed a lot longer! The entire experience was far better than we hoped for. Thank you to Kyle at Dwell for the amazing communication and experience. The only thing is make sure you are ok with steps, with 3 levels, Main floor on the second level and rooftop on the third, anyone with mobility issues may not be able to enjoy all this wonderful place has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and will definitely be back!!
