Celebrated 27th Anniversary
What a wonderful stay in this amazing condo! The view was pure perfection and we spent the entire week staring at it from the downstairs balcony! The condo is a quick walk (less than a mile) into town and we even saw two Spacex launches! Just an amazing experience all the way around!

Very smooth transaction from beginning to end. Great location, especially for a relaxing beach vacation. No need to drive, everything we needed was in walking distance. Condo was clean and supplied with just about everything you would need. Greg and Robin were awesome as our hosts. We will be back someday.

This condo was great. The layout worked well for our family with 2 small kids, and came with everything we needed. Easy walk across the street to the beach, and they even had beach chairs and toys in the closet.

Perfect beach condo just across the street from a walk-over to the ocean. Great views from an upper and lower balcony. Well appointed and a short distance from restaurants ( we often walked). Dog friendly. We hope to come back!

The property was lovely. It was clean and well-stocked, and the views from the balcony were to die for. We really like Flagler Beach; it is the quintessential small town on the ocean. The owners made themselves readily available throughout our stay. The beach and the pool were both perfect. We will be back!

The property was very clean. The location to the ocean is the best, especially waking up to the waves everyday. The owners were responsive to our texts messages and even checked in with us during a severe thunderstorm. I would recommend this property to everyone!

5 stars all around. Everything was great-property, neighbors, & beach. The condo was quiet and peaceful. Sunrises were great. The view is the best. Amenities were great in the home. Perfect Getaway!
This clean and spacious townhouse is fully equipped with everything youā€™ll need to have a fun and relaxing vacation! With beautiful ocean views, four balconies, and an uncrowded beach and pool- this place has it all. The location is far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful, but still close to the many shops, restaurants and bars Flagler Beach has to offer. Greg and Robin were a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved it so much, we already have our next stay booked!

Lovely condo in Flagler Beach
We stayed at this sweet gem recently and was blown away by this place. The hosts were wonderful people starting by the welcome note and a bottle of wine. Which we enjoyed our first night. The views were breathtaking. The weather was as a little haphazard but it didnā€™t matter because we enjoyed the views so much. The town of Flagler Beach was wonderful. The people are so nice. True southern hospitality. We never met a cross person while we were there. I would recommend anyone to stay at this condo. You wonā€™t regret it šŸ’•

Overall our stay was wonderful. Mentioned a few things could be improved upon and the host was extremely accepting. Hurricane prep is definitely a priority and well understood and agree. Perfection
Our booking was right after Hurricane Ian. We were assured that repairs had been made and the local area was back in business. We had some doubts about the area, but Greg had given us the true picture. This is best end of Flagler Beach in our opinion. A few places within walking distance and the condo was outstanding, especially because it is pet friendly. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for our older dog, but we all loved the balconies and walking in the neighborhood.

This property was amazing. Better than the pictures in my opinion. It was fully stocked with pretty much everything that you would want or need except food. The decorations are very appealing. You are literally just steps from the beach as well as the pool. Itā€™s about a mile walk from property to pier. There are so many shops and restaurants between the townhouse and the pier. Tons of tiny little local shops. You can lay in bed from the front bedroom and see the ocean. There are two balconies facing the ocean, one off the bedroom and one off the living area. In addition to that thereā€™s two tiny little balconies on the other side so you could actually sit out side on the other side if you wanted to. The bed and the pillows were comfy. The only downfall was the bed was creaky. Which really is the only negative that I could think of for the entire trip. The owners were very communicative and kind and welcoming. I didnā€™t have any needs arise but I couldā€™ve contacted them if I did. Honestly, I never wanted to leaveā€¦ā€¦

Awesome change in everyday life
All the ā€œred tapeā€ from reservation to checkout was concise, well organized and it made everything extremely easy and stress free. We especially enjoyed waking up to the gorgeous view of the ocean. The accommodations were perfect for my little family. What topped it off were our hosts. They made us feel very welcome and as a friend.
