Highlights include flatscreen TVs in every bedroom and a renovated interior with all new furnishings. Sip morning coffee on the screened porch or take in peekaboo ocean views from the patio. The inviting living area serves as the social heart of the home, furnished with a sleeper sofa and 64-inch TV. Whip up tasty meals and beach snacks in the renovated kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and ample counter space. Gather for meals at the four-person table, with room for four more at the kitchen bar. This home sleeps 10 guests between a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area and three bedrooms - all with a 50-inch TV. Find comfort in the tranquil primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two full-size beds and one twin-size bed. The adjacent bathroom features a walk-in shower. Another half bath provides added convenience, along with a freshly updated private outdoor shower! Enjoy the coastal breeze on the charming, screened porch, which provides alfresco dining for four. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
