"There were flies everywhere. All over the lobby, the kids play area, the dining area, and the food bar. Completely unsanitary. If I knew how to make a complaint to the Austrian Health Ministry I would. Excuses ranged from claiming not to notice, to blaming it on the season, to asserting the hotel ..."

"Nice place. A bit pressed on arrival time - reception close at 8 pm, and we came from mid-Croatia with a lot of traffic problems. No restaurant at the hotel, but we were recommended at really nice restaurant near-by."
