The property is located in the Italian Fivizzano, in a beautiful area that is excellent to go for cycling and walking. You can go from cozy dinner at Panificio Senza glutinous Malatesta (10.5 km) or visit the lovely nearby coastal towns such as La Spezia and Massa.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you will have a barbecue at your disposal. The property has parking and you can relax and end the day with a snack and a drink in the furnished private garden.

The main road to get there is closed until January 2024 for works
The alternative road is also paved but more winding and lengthens the route by 30 minutes.
