wat een zicht op het zwembad met groen bergachtig landschap als je de voordeur opendoet. Prachtig oud huis met hedendaags comfort. Ook het dorpj Fifizzano is echt heel leuk. Ideaal om in alle rust jouw vakantie door te brengen!

Het was erg relaxed om aan te komen en de huissluitel te vinden in een beveiligde kluis. Meteen bij het openen van de poort werden we verrast met een schitterend uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Kortom schitterende accommodatie! De omgeving is erg mooi en met een afwisseling van leuke stadjes, zee en eilandjes is het optimaal genieten van de Italiaanse sfeer!

Mooi heel gezellig huisje met alle luxe van thuis alleen weinig salon om te relaxen en tv te kijken.Jammer dat de dvd speler niet open ging om films te bekijken want door het slechte weer was dit een van de weinige dingen die we konden doen😟.

Al met al kijken wij terug op 2 heerlijke weken in dit fijne huis. Ik zal niet herhalen wat hiervoor al geschreven is, dat klopt allemaal, wil wel wat kanttekeningetjes plaatsen. Bij ons waren de buren wel aanwezig, en italiaanse families zijn wat luidruchtiger...ook kijken ze rechtstreeks vanaf hun balkon in je zwembad. De kinderen (tieners) van deze, en ook andere families in dit gemeenschapje (het is een kliekje) zaten overdag veelal op de binnenplaats bij de voordeur waar een pingpongtafel staat. Je bent hier dan dus niet in een rustige oase zoals eerdere recensies vermelden. We hadden aardig contact, en het stoorde ons slechts af en toe. Het huis zelf is prima. Gemis is een afzuigkap in de keuken, alles is ook wat vettig in de keuken. De (hoofd)slaapkamer is direct boven de keuken, en wordt slechts gescheiden door een houten vloer. Geuren en warmte dus in het hele huis, en het was al zo warm. Door de dikke muren blijft de warmte hangen, en de slechts 2 aanwezige ventilatoren waren te weinig. Slechts voor 1 raam in de hoofdslaapkamer hing een hor, bij de overige ramen ontbraken ze of waren ze (al langere tijd, dat kon je zien) kapot. Met de vele vliegen, muggen etc. niet zo fijn. Op de twee slaapkamers op de 3e verdieping, kleine raampjes en zo goed als geen gordijntjes, dus al erg licht vroeg in de morgen. De 4 kilometer bergweg (bijna 300 hoogtemeters) naar het huis toe is flink slecht, maar na 2 dagen ken je de kuilen en slechte plekken. Als totaal rapportcijfer geven wij het een krappe 7.

Heel mooi uitzicht vanop terras/zwembad. Voor 6 personen voldoende uitgerust. Gelukkig was het huisje erlangs niet bezet want anders heb je toch weinig privacy op het terras. Ik zou het zeker aanraden.

Je moet zeker 3 km slingert naar boven en je denkt waar komen we terecht, maar dit komt goed, een heel mooi paleisje wat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Wifi en een privé zwembad, het belangrijkste voor de kinderen en wij vinden dit natuurlijk ook fijn. Van binnen en buiten ziet het er perfect uit. De sleutel ligt in een sleutelkluisje, wat prima is, hoeft er niemand te wachten en heb je geen stress hierom. Je komt daar echt tot rust en het uitzicht is schitterend. Wij zaten daar alleen en helemaal op ons eigen en vinden dit heerlijk. Het gebouw (bisschoppelijk paleis) heeft wel 3 huisnummers en de veranda van de buren is open, dus als daar bewoners zijn (wat bij ons niet het geval was) is de privacy een stuk minder.

Heldere informatie vooraf ontvangen mbt aankomst. We troffen een prachtig huis aan die goed was uitgerust en een schitterend uitzicht heeft. De omgeving heeft een mooie natuur en binnen een uur ben je aan zee of iets langer in steden zoals Luca en Pisa.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schwer zu finden (da die Anfahrtsbeschreibung leider nicht so toll war). Die herrlich ruhige Lage hat uns jedoch dafür entschädigt. Man muss jedoch die Abgelegenheit lieben. (Wir tun das). Um ans Meer zu kommen muss man mit einer Stunde Fahrt rechnen.

We hebben een week mogen vertoeven in deze woning, bij prachtig weer en een geweldig uitzicht. We hebben genoten van de goede inrichting en faciliteiten. Zeker bijzonder was de authenticiteit van de woning wat een speciale sfeer gaf. Fietsliefhebbers zullen de 200 meter stijging vanaf Fivizzano waarderen.

Enige wat stoorde was dat er een of andere dwaas in het dorp verzonnen had een koebel aan een 2 paarden te hangen, volledige verstoring van de rust die er heerst. De weg naar het huis is heel slecht, houd daar rekening mee. Minder geschikt voor grote auto's.

We stayed as a family with 4 adults and 2 children at this wonderful house. Before going I was worried it would be a bit isolated and remote, this ended up being the aspect we enjoyed most. The peace and quiet, relaxing on the outdoor terraces, looking at the amazing view, watching the swallows, eating great food and staring at the stars. It only takes 7 minutes to drive up the small road but feels like you leave the world behind you. The kids loved the pool and would happily play for ages. It was the perfect depth for our 7 year old. We enjoyed the local area which had very view tourists, it's also easy to reach the coast and the mountains. The house was very well equipped, everything worked and we had everything you needed to cook lovely meals. We even made fresh ravioli. We would love to go back and would highly recommend the house.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging en het uizicht is geweldig. Een overdaad aan rust. Een schone omgeving en je hebt echt de beleving in Toscane aanwezig te zijn. Een must is een goede navigatie in de auto. Dit als je op pad wil naar de leuke dorpjes en stadjes in de regio. In het gastenboek in het huisje hebben wij leuke tips achtergelaten. En bij goed weer is het zelfs geen straf enkele dagen bij het huis te verblijven en heerlijk te ontspannen. De keuze waarvoor je wel kiest is mooi in de natuur gelegen woning, maar wel iets afgelegen van de bezienswaardigheden. Met een goede auto ben je in 100 km bij stadjes als Luca, Pisa, Postoia, Florence en Prato. Verder zijn de kustplaatsen in een straal van 40 km. Heel mooi en de moeite waard te bezoeken. Net als de tochten door de Garfagnana (Castelnuovo).

Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, vor allem aber der Pool und die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Apuanen!! Das Haus ist sehr schön und man fühlt sich schnell sehr wohl. Au෾rdem hat uns die Natur sehr beeindruckt....ein Bambuswald gleich neben dem Haus, die bereits erwähnte Wahnsinnsaussicht und die Tiere, wie z.B. Stachelschweine, F࿌hse, Eulen, viele Greifvögel, Skorpione(ganz kleine:-)) und ganz liebe Katzen!!
