"Lovely hotel in a central position "

"We had a warm welcome. Our room was on the small side for a twin and there was a huge tv completely in front of the mirror! The bathroom felt recently decorated and was very clean. We had bad neighbours fighting during the night but the staff managed to sort the problem out after an hour.(3-4am!) Paige helped us with a misunderstanding over the swimming pool in the morning and we enjoyed a warm clean swim. The spa man was friendly. "An amazing stay, although room was abit dated, need a lick of paint on the walls, besides that staff were amazing from checking in, to the food we had and service was second to none, we will definitely stay again. "

"Staff were nice and friendly, the room was a set up to high standard . There was also a hairdryer which was good because it rained the night before, so could dry clothes. Lift good ! Has lots of space around the hotel. Loads of rooms , the room was really good ! I would definitely stay again ! Thank you to the staff and everyone that make this hotel fantastic! Will come again sometime in the distant future ! "

"Lovely staff and perfect for a one night stop over. The room was a good size and had a bath which was a plus clean and tidy however did look pretty dated and tired in some areas. Loud in general the room was not very sound proof and we heard alot through the walls/from the corridor. The bed was very very comfy though! Squeaky floor boards however and no nets meant we had to keep the curtains shut the whole time. I would happily stay again for one night but not more than that."

"It is picturesque location, as i stayed for the businesses purpose i didn't use any facilities so cannot say anything else. Not as clean as it should, some spoons with an old coffee marks on it. Room was cosy, smells ok, i would say the whole place is a bit old, but place not smells old at all, seems staff trying to keep up to the their best there.
