"Our stay was AMAZING. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to take great care of us. The staff and guests were very friendly. The resort had exceptional views, areas to hike and walk and water activities like kayaking and paddle boards right on site. The beach was gorgeous, crystal clear water with tropical fish swimming around you. A true tropical paradise dream!"

I feel I have to mention some shortcomings: The check in process is not straightforward, and actually annoying: you have to provide your reservation, although they already have your reservation and your room assignment, you have to provide a return flight reservation, you also have to fill out a registration form, although you already submitted your passport. "Was apprehensive about selecting this hotel due to the noted poor ratings. Decided to stay there due to the near proximity to St. John's. So I went there with limited expectations. I was surprisingly pleased with my stay there. Very friendly staff especially Mr. Joseph at the front desk. Maybe I was just there at the right time but the environment was peaceful and quiet. "Amazing cottage, I stayed in Breeze by myself. Roomy, breeze through the windows was amazing, view is amazing. Short walk to beach, right down the hill, no beach chairs though. Owners were responsive when I had questions or needs. The driveway is steep and taxi's can not drive up, so just be mindful of that, you gotta lug everything up that so pack accordingly. I had a local that did my driving and tours which allowed me to fully relax. Beautiful island and property. Bed was comfortable!...

"It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. "
