"Roberta was an awesome host. Let us check in early which was helpful. Room was nice, super clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was a queen size and comfortable. Served a nice simple Italian breakfast with espresso and fruit drinks. I was originally concerned because descriptions stated on-site parking which does not exist but across the street in a field and down the street at the local church was plentiful parking and had no issues. Nice place to stay at an affordable rate."

"We had an amazing holiday at Hotel Hambros. The staff, the pool, the location, the breakfast and restaurant. Guido and Stefania at the front of house went above and beyond to help us and Susan by the pool was a ray of sunshine every day and couldn’t do enough for us. If we had any type of problem or question or concern everyone was quick to be of service to us and help us out. No problem was to big and we were made to feel so welcome. "Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety....
