"Stayed here many times but this time had a room on the 1st floor which was noisy and the heating didn't work. Will ask for a higher floor next time. "

"It was very practical as it was a last minute booking! accessing and parking was perfect as we did not want to get involved with the city traffic, staff was super friendly and professional and the room not only met our need but it was really up to great standards for a 3 * hotel.
