They were extremely rude throughout our stay right up until checkout. The manager told us daily that they were fully booked but we were still able to reserve on expedia which seemed to irritate her and the super knocked on our door on our last day to tell us it was time to go (5 min after checkout time) and wouldnt allow us to shut the door while...
