"We were in town for the Derby and this was a perfect place to stay. The view from the front porch is amazing, I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. The house is well appointed with everything you need and was very comfortable. The hosts are very generous with all the goodies they left for us and now you have lifelong Woodford drinkers!"

"Another amazing property to get away from the hustle of everyday life. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting that this property is on. The house may look small but with the game room in the basement and large yard in the back there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Kentucky. Thank you for an amazing place to stay!"

"This property was fantastic, especially for the price. I came for a festival so most places were charging a lot more and weren’t half as nice or spacious. Nulu is also just around the corner and offers several great places to eat and shop. This is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend staying here. "

Derby City Gaming & Hotel - A Churchill Downs Property

"We were welcomed by a friendly staff. The room itself was HUGE. Everything was neat and clean. We had a 2nd floor room with a view of air conditioning units on a rooftop, but I presume that was because we booked through Expedia. The access to gaming was easy, and my wife enjoyed the slots while I watched the Giants game in the Sportsbook. The food options were limited but ok."
