"Was a great house and location was perfect but being winter and a coldish weekend, would have been nice to have a few heaters but the blankets were a great second best and made it warm enough. Beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed from cutlery, utensils, kitchen aids and the air fryer is always handy to have. "Ons C Huis is in a great location with wonderful views over the bay. It is in a very secure location, and has everything you need to enjoy your time at leisure. Waking up in the morning and opening the blinds to see the sea views was great, as was watching the sun setting from the deck. You can park your car on the drive or in the garage. Gansbaai has a superspar supermarket or you can shop at Woolworths or Pick 'n Pay in Hermanus before continuing to Gansbaai."

"The accommodation is walking distance to the beach and a small shop which stocks the basics. It is wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The host made sure we had everything we needed and more. He is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back."

"The house was run down, it smelled of damp with black mould growing on curtains, holes in walls where door handles had punctured them light firings removed with electrical connectors exposed no means of heating bi-fold doors opened by the strong winds we did not stay and left the property to find alternative accommodation "

"I stayed at Panaderos with my family in April 2024 and the property was amazing...5/5. We had a wonderful time. However, my deposit for my stay has still not been returned. I payed / did my booking through Host Agents Holiday Rentals - through the VRBO website. I have contacted them numerous times and there are always promises that this is being looked into, however my R5 000 deposit has still not been returned. My advice would be to not book with this agency - you may not get your deposit...

"The entire stay was awesome. It is a typical Seaside Cottage and delivers on everything that is promised from the view to the feeling of never wanting to leave and always thinking of going back. It is perfectly situated and has all the mod cons and amenities that you would need whether you're staying for a day, a weekend or as long as you can."
