We didn’t plan far ahead for our trip to Door County and lucked out to find a place downtown Fish Creek! The location of this property is perfect! We read the reviews online and brought along a mattress pad and slept great! We appreciated the pet friendlyness and highly recommend a stay in Fish Creek.
The house was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location to walk Fish Creek.

We enjoyed how close it was to the local bars/restaurants. Amos was very nice and accommodating during our stay. I would stay here again in the future as it’s a nice little cottage.
This has a relatively small and very cozy cabin feeling. We loved it; just the right amenities. It was a quick walk to the center of Fish Creek. We enjoyed our 3-night stay there.
The property is tucked away on a side street - right in the middle of everything! There’s a pretty view of the water from the kitchen window and trees shade the outside sitting areas. We had a few questions at check in/out and the owner responded within minutes.
Great location overall, 2 blocks from downtown Fish Creek. I enjoyed the stay but the property is older. I could see it’s being fixed up little by little. More of an older cabin feel.
Great being so close to the water.
This cabin was great for the two of us. We could walk most places in Fish Creek. It had lots of trees and was two blocks away from the busy streets, so it was quiet. The second bedroom has a pull out sofa. It has most of what you need in the kitchen. There are three air conditioning units, so you are comfortable. Supplies of toilet paper, soaps, and linens are great. I'd rent it again!
This cottage was perfect for two people (and a dog) in Fish Creek. An easy walk down the hill 2 short blocks to fantastic restaurants, the market, the main shopping district and the lake is just beyond. Nothing fancy but clean with cabin charm and everything you need. Small deck out back with two chairs (no overhead cover). Reliable wifi, TVs with a Roku, comfy bed and furniture, plenty of space and seating, dishwasher, lots of windows throughout, window a/c in the kitchen and bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. Good parking, just a few close neighbors so very quiet street but still super close to everything and central to Door County. Amos was quick to answer our questions and we'd definitely stay again.
the cottage though a bit old is so sweet and perfectly located. Unfortunately it didn't seem to have been cleaned in between renters. there were dirty dishes in sink and dishwasher etc, and the bathroom was also unsanitized and uncleaned from previous renters. the contact for the cottage said they were short cleaning crews, however that is no excuse.
Spacious cabin right off of the Main Street in Fish Creek. So much space and feels like you’re in nature, while also being convenient to plenty of restaurants and the lakefront. Would recommend for a relaxing getaway!
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was clean and had plenty of room for the two of us.
The kitchen was equipped with the essentials but nothing more.
The bedroom was on the smaller side and had room to store your clothing and hang clothes.
The bed wasn't comfortable and it was a full, so be ready for a cozy time.
Both A/C's worked good and we didn't have any issue staying cool throughout our stay.
There isn't any trash pickup or garbage bins outside, so we had to keep all our trash in the "extra" bedroom. Not ideal.
Overall the place was a great location to Fish Creek restaurants, bars, marina, and shopping.
We would stay here again. Thanks
The cabin was a little old on the outside, but the inside was cute and very clean , with everything you may need. The location was great. It was walking distance to every where you wanted to go, the pier, beach, park, restaurants and you still had privacy and tranquility by the cabin. I would stay here again. It allowed dogs which ia a plus too.
Our stay was great! The cabin is conveniently located to everything in Fish Creek but on a quiet road. The living room and kitchen are pretty large and there's plenty of sheets and blankets for the pull-out couches. I'd definitely rent this spot again. Thanks!
I’ve been going up to Fish Creek for 30 years and I never knew this cottage was tucked away just a block from main street. The cabin is very spacious and 3-4x bigger than most. Great view of the lake from the kitchen and perfect location in the best town on the peninsula. I’ll definitely be back!
