"We stayed here due to it's proximity to the Taj Mahal - it's location is pretty good, it's clean and the service is excellent. Even though it says 24/7 reception, this isn't really true as the family live in the hotel itself so are asleep - something we found out when we turned up at 1am due to travelling from Jaipur, which left us banging on the door outside for ages to get someone to wake up. So, if you plan to arrive late, don't book this place as you'll be left on the street. The hotel staff member said I should have given them notice we were arrive late, however in our defence the hundreds of hotels I've used over the years will always have someone on reception all night if they advertise 24/7 reception. Apart from that, the room was loverly and spacious, clean, large shower, comfy beds etc. A TukTuk to the East Gate is about 200INR max."

"This hotel is also a wedding and event venue so the lobby can be crowded during an event. However, the room was quiet. The furniture are a bit older but it doesn't bother us because we didn't spend much time in the room. The hotel has a lot of amenities such as the pool, spa, and a game room."
