"As someone who travels often and seen it all I'd recommend here without hesitation. The girl running the front was great. Extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were clean, nice and better than much more expensive hotels. Well worth the price."

"The room was absolutely disgusting. the smell in the room was awfull! there was mold all over the ceiling near the bathroom, the sink and bath tub had rust all over it. and the ice bucket had old food in it. thankfully the girl a tthe front desk gave us a new one. the side walks are all cracked and wobbly, but this place needs to be condemned its not safe and is a healthy hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY"

"It was a good stay, very quiet not a lot of traffic. Just wish the room was a little bigger and had somewhere to hang up clothes and an ironing board, my clothes had to stay in my suitcase the entire trip."

"This was a convenient place for me to spend a night when I was in a jam and too tired to drive any more. The manager Umar was exceptionally helpful. There was an issue with my billing…very long story…and I was double billed. Umar spent a lot time, hours, between texts, phone calls, and emails to make sure I was properly refunded. He didn’t have to do that. "

"Staff at the Bay Watch were friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!"

"They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping. "

"This house was very nice, as pictured or better. Clean, no issues checking in or out. Wagon was there as promised, more bikes than promised, lots of beach towels and chairs provided. The house had two wonderful outdoor second story decks with great views of the water and the ferry dock. Location was perfect, so convenient to ferry and market. Two things not great. Although it had an AC unit in every bedroom that all worked fine which made ground floor cool and comfortable, the main living...

"It was as cute as it looked on-line and gave us a great space for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! Other nice surprises: new AC units (very quiet), very comfortable beds, and an outdoor shower with good light. The street is very quiet. I was surprised that basic kitchen supplies weren't included...
