From the moment I booked the room, the manager, Efran, was in contact with me, which I thought was a warm gesture. Mr. Efran was very welcoming and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was immaculate—beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with every necessary amenity I could think of. Mr. Efran also arranged a shuttle to and from the airport, as well as an island tour shuttle. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city while having a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day. I can’t recommend HOTEL NOLIS White FIRA highly enough—this was truly a five-star experience, and I can’t wait to return!"

Coming during off season the pool was drained and many of the resturants around the hotel were closed, so there was a bit of a walk to get to any food accommodations. But the staff was very kind and would provide their personal phone number if they were leaving the property for any amount of time. "
