You could easily do your entire vacation within 10 mins of the house. The home owner was extremely informative and helpful. He suggested restaurants and things to do in the area. "The cave house is really cute, dug right into the hillside. We visited at a cooler time of year, but I would expect that in the heat of summer this would be a deliciously cool accommodation. It's an easy walking distance to the main spots in the main Santorini town of Fira.
