"The good: Villa was very clean up on arrival. The beds are comfortable. The mini-split heat/AC worked well, although we didn't need it much. The villas all sit on top of a hill, with spectacular views. The food at the restaurant on the property is some of the best in the area, and you will struggle to beat the price. "The owner family and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant service and food were excellent. Parking was free. The location is wonderful on the ecean and quiet. Short trips to Pisa, Florence and Volterra. This is our third time stayng there, we liked it so much."
