Ruhige Lage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Die Lage ist ruhig und man kommt zu Fuß in 25min zum Seehaus. Das Seehaus ist toll und aufgrund der vielen Privatgrundstücke eine super Möglichkeit, um zum Baden an den See zu kommen. Auch ist der Kühlschrank dort mit Getränken (zum Kauf) ausgestattet. Hinter dem nahen Campingplatz befindet sich ein Bäckerverkauf - sehr praktisch. Der Checkin klappt dank Schlüsselsafe unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche und allem Krimskrams ist super. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, leider aber in die Jahre gekommen. Man darf natürlich nicht immer Neubaustandard erwarten, aber die alten Teppichböden, Fenster, Sanitärräume und teilweise Möbel haben schon lange ihren Zenit überschritten. Schimmel an der Badezimmerdecke, Haare im Badewannenabfluss und Kochspritzerüber dem Herd sollten nicht sein. Für die Region ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wahrscheinlich noch ok, aber ein paar Erneuerungen würden der Fewo gut tun.

Traumlage
Das Objekt mit den 2 Appartments ( 1x bis 4 Personen im 1. OG und 1x 2 Personen im EG liegt mitten im Naturschutzgebiet des Schilfmäanders Faaker See in traumhafter Einzellage. Das Nebengebäude wird ständig bewohnt und das 2. OG wird von den Besitzern am Wochenende & Ferien genutzt. Zu Fuß sind es keine 5min Fußweg zum Dorfteich wo auch der Start für SUP oder Kanu (selber mitbringen) durch das Schilfmäander ist. Das inkludierte Badehäuschen am Faaker See war zu Fuß mind. 25 min entfernt, deswegen haben wir es nur einmal besichtigt. Das Appartment würden wir sofort wieder buchen. Gefehlt hat nur ein Mistkübel in Bad und Klo und ein Geschirrspüler ( wir nutzten die Küche auf Grund der Teilnahme an der Tour de Körnten - hungrige Radfahrer- sehr intensiv )

Super Lage, ansonsten mangelhaft
Toller Blick vom Balkon der Ferienwohnung auf die umliegende Bergwelt. Ansonsten ist das Objekt sehr in die Jahre gekommen: sehr angeranzter Teppichboden, Kit fällt aus den Fenster- und Türrahmen etc. Opas Möbel mit Ikea vermischt - gewöhnungsbedürftig. Insgesamt ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Generalsanierung des Gesamtobjektes überfällig.
