"Had a lovely stay at Maison La Saixe! The owner was very kind and helpful and the room was nice. Quaint hotel with cool decorations and the breakfast was also amazing. Only down side is it’s a little far from the main town of Courmayeur (about 12 min walk). Overall really enjoyed my stay and would recommend staying here!"

"The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat. He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. "Good stay in Chamonix. Check-in at 1700hrs is quite late and ahould be revised. As a seasoned traveler this is the first time I've ever seen such a late check-out followed by a 1000hrs check-out. Grateful that the check-out was extended to 1100hrs and yes the check-in time is indicated when making the selection for the hotel but just unfortunete. Overall nice stay at Balcon de Savoy."
