You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

As soon as you enter the property and walk down the hallway you will be amazed at the open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. The living area provides a wall mounted Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, Bose System, Ceiling Fan, and split system air conditioner.

The kitchen has complete cooking facilities including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, Breville Nespresso coffee machine and a large family size 520 litre fridge/ freezer with water dispenser.

Three bedrooms with the main and third having ceiling fans and Queen size beds and the second bedroom has a single bunk and single bed. Three-way bathroom with a bath and shower in one area, separate toilet and separate vanity area makes the bathroom a very usable space.

Internal laundry provides a front loader washing machine, second toilet and shower.
Outside is a fantastic fully enclosed yard for pets with an outdoor shower (cold water only) which is perfect for when you come back from the beach and for the children to run around and play. The alfresco undercover entertaining area with outdoor dining facilities and a gas BBQ for those relaxing afternoon family BBQ's.

The property also provides parking for a medium size car in the single garage and driveway parking for a second vehicle or boat.

This property has a $200 refundable security deposit.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Great place in a great location
We loved everything this place offered. Everything was just a short walk from the the beach, the local coffee shop, the lookout for whale watching and the sports club. We were able to leave the dog in the secure backyard whilst we went on day trips. We would definitely recommend this place.
