This is a Smoke Free Unit AND Complex.

Fingal Bay beach also has a great children's playground and Surf Club with a restaurant, the unit is also in walking distance to Fingal Bay Sports Club, local cafes, restaurants and the main street of Fingal Bay.


The unit has a great living area with the comforts of a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, and DVD Player. A fresh renovated kitchen has complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family size fridge / freezer. Opening off the living area is the balcony with a leafy outlook, there is a small Weber BBQ provided.

The main bedroom has a Queen bed and ceiling fan, and the second bedroom has a Single Bunk and Single Bed, the main bathroom has a shower, large vanity, and toilet.

The laundry is located externally from the unit off the courtyard, it provides a washing machine & dryer. Unit 3 also has one undercover car space.

The renting process was ok, the amount of tariff charged, then being expected to do all the cleaning, is a bit much, I agree,. The the apartment should be left clean, but the management should get in and do there part as well, eg the fans a coated in dust, not all blinds work. And I think it is a bit over priced for what it really is, the photos posted lead you to believe, you may be staying in a much newer apartment

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and tidy. All crockery, cutlery and appliances in very good condition. 5 min walk to the beach. Had a great stay.
