Villa in the "Lo Scoglio" complex (formerly Dutch Village) in an incredible location.
Sea-facing with a panoramic view from Punta Crena (Varigotti) to the Port of Finale, surrounded by greenery and featuring a shared swimming pool (not private), open from June 1 to September 30.
Peaceful even during the busiest summer months, shaded by our carob tree.
Going up, you'll reach the pool; going down, you're right at the beach.
Sleeps 4 upstairs (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed) and has a sofa bed for 2 on the ground floor. One bathroom.
It is equipped with a refrigerator, Nespresso machine and Moka, water carbonator, microwave (no traditional oven), dishwasher, washing machine, electric barbecue, and TV with Netflix.
Bed linens and towels are not provided; guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
The house is non-smoking, and small dogs are welcome.
The Fontana grocery store in Varigotti offers grocery delivery right to the house.
A reserved parking space is available in the gated condominium parking area.

Important notes:
The house is not accessible for strollers. While it is surrounded by greenery, you must climb 100 steps from the parking area to reach it, equivalent to a 4th floor without an elevator.
The balcony under the portico is connected by a locked gate to an adjacent villa and must be kept clear for passage, as the neighbors have the right of way. The adjacent villa has its own separate entrance at the back, but neighbors may occasionally pass through our garden (visible in the photo) and balcony.
Each house is assigned one parking space. The parking area is narrow, but we've always managed to park large vehicles, such as large station wagons (5.05m long, 1.95m wide at the wheels, and 2.07m wide with mirrors).

Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Check-ins and check-out's' are not possible on Mondays, as the agency is closed.
