"I want to give this hotel 5 stars, but I cannot since they double charged me and has not given my a refund as of today, 2 months later. The young lady that checked me out said the room was not prepaid. OF COURSE I should have run out to the car and found my prepaid email from Hotels.com, but I did not, I trusted her.
