"Most amazing villa I ever been to. It’s absolutely perfect. Ricardo and Roberta are great hosts, providing everything from fresh fruits to travel tips. The villa is walking distance from a small village, very typical and non touristic. It is remote so expect at least 30 minutes drive wherever you want to visit. Most amazing sunset ever! You’ll have all you need to cook even an outside bbq. Best time we had in Italy, I wish I’d stay longer!!"

"The villa was incredible, and allowed our entire family to stay together. The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns, beaches, and trails by car or bicycle. I just can’t say enough about the facilities or about the prompt and cheerful responses from the owner/his representative when we called on...

"The views are spectacular. The best swimming pool ever. We played my tennis on the private court all the time. A large family owned property that is very private. Lorenzo was so responsive and helpful about everything—reservations and so on. Highly recommended."

"This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. Very comfortable and grand interior and lovely bedrooms. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. we were so sorry to have to leave. Would love to return one day."

"I had very specific requirements when looking for a villa in Punta Ala for our family vacation and this house met them all: 1) 6 bedrooms with air-conditioning 2) big garden safe for small children 3) walking distance to the beach and horse riding club 4) quiet(er) neighbourhood. In addition, Carlo turned out to be a super host (and friend), giving us very practical and useful tips what to do in the area, where to eat and how to book our beach club. Everything in the house worked very well...

"It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."
