"Stayed for a few days with my teen for a quiet getaway between Christmas and New Year's. The house was beautiful and very comfortable! I'm particular about cleanliness and appreciated how spotless everything was. Great kitchen too with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house was also beautifully decorated for the holidays which was a nice surprise. Loved the views of the river and how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was. We had a great time hanging out and watching movies and reading by the fire place. Alton has a lot of charm with great cafes, restaurants and shops. Will definitely be back again!"
