Private driveway. Only 2 cons, must have rental car because located in a hard to access part of Trabia, roads are difficult to navigate. And property owners speak very little English, so just plan to use google translate. Highly recommend if you are looking for the real Sicilian experience!"

"The waterfront view with large windows was amazing. The house is spacious and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Unfortunately no private parking on property but there was always a spot outside of the house. Showers are tight but that's to be expected in Italy. There were an abundance of mosquitoes which made it difficult to be out - perhaps host may want to consider spraying frequently. "The property was better than expected. The only issue was the surrounding area. It wasn't the same as the Villa but we felt safe and secure. We walked to Cafe's Grocery stores and Resturants. The Host was the best I've ever experienced."

"Villa Cottone è bellissima!!! Our family of 8 adults and one 3- year old thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our week-long stay. The Cottone Family is extremely accommodating, responsive and helpful. Each bedroom has its own bath, and the common areas (lanai, outdoor dining porch, POOL) were great for our large family. Lia arranged for a local chef to give us a cooking lesson in Sicilian cuisine…in the outdoor kitchen…and then served what we helped make- it was an evening we will never forget....
