"So, this is a very old property. That said, it is very well-maintained. I am of the mindset why not stay in a room that has knotty pine walls and mid Century modern furniture than the usual cookie cutter hotel. Parking is directly in front of your room door. It is 20 feet to walk to the lake front. It is a very nice walk up and down the lakeshore. There are geese and other water birds fishing in the morning, people with their dogs running along the shallows. Just the sort of vibe I want...

"This is a basic rural motel. It was wife approved clean, in room coffee was bad, inexpensive so could go out to restaurant for real good breakfast. Value was a Nine out of Ten. Quiet, easy to use, on the way to where we were headed. Wife says we can stay there again."
