"The hotel was the epitome of luxury. It’s a very sophisticated, clean and comfortable place to stay! The amenities were top notch and very well kept. The location is very good, just off the busy and noisy main road, with lots of tasty dining options. Not too far from the river and the updated promenade! But, it’s also not far from the local squares and churches to visit or go for a walk around the city! The service and staff were lovely, kind and patient, and not to mention outgoing. We arrived early in the morning about 6 hours before check-in, and we were able to be accommodated, as they allowed us to check in early, free of charge. Which was greatly appreciated after our long travel day! The breakfast was filled with vey traditional Romanian dishes as well as some more Western options for travellers. All in all, a fantastic place to relax between big cities or to explore the Carpathian Mountains! "

"Lovely hotel, beautiful large, extra tall rooms, very clean and quiet, beautiful bathtoom, very elegant. Short walking distance from the town Centre, Cathedral, parks along the river, shopping. Very friendly staff. Wonderful place"

"This hotel was very nice. The hotel room was as advertised. The hotel had an amazing spa relaxation pool. The only downside was that it was closed at 4pm on the weekend (and they requested we leave by 3:45 for clean up). It would have been nice to have longer hours."

"I like being there, just be careful when you ask for the invoice. They sent mine because they couldn’t do it right there and they changed my dates. I contacted them for correcting it and they just ignored me, make sure to get yours there! "
