"The room was great. Very convenient location. Check on person explained all I needed to know. There were 2 issues. The first night the remote control for the heating worked well but on the 2nd night it didn't and it was late on a Saturday. There was no support to sort it out and it was cold during the night. The bigger problem was the noise. On both nights there were was significant noise coming from large groups of youth enjoying themselves in the Piazza Mercurio. It was impossible to sleep...

"Stanza piacevole e non con letti ammassati come mi é capitato di vedere in altri posti, peccato che nei servizi offerti c'era scritto wify invece in struttura quando ho chiesto mi è stato detto che non funzionava (non so se è stata una sfiga mia o una costante ma di fatto ho pagato per un servizio non avuto), patito anche un po' il freddo in quanto i termosifoni al mio arrivo erano completamente spenti... Almeno in inverno sarebbe stato gradito un accensione al minimo in modo da smorzare freddo...

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa carinissima casetta, immersa nel verde, e con un giardino a dir poco meraviglioso. La nota molto dolente riguarda la comunicazione col professionista immobiliare: gli avevo specificatamente chiesto se la piscina fosse ad uso esclusivo ed il giardino ben recintato, in quanto il nostro cane ha la tendenza ad allontanarsi non appena viene distratto da qualcosa. Mi è stato garantito che fosse tutto totalmente recintato e che la piscina fosse pronta e ad uso esclusivo....

"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"
