"Historic hotel over looking the ocean and mountains views. Breathtaking rooftop for daily breakfast it’s a life if you get a chance to indulge. Super friendly attentive staff throughout the stay from concierge, front desk to rooftop. Shoutout to our concierge! He was super delightful person. Good position as for hotel assets to have him. He made the trip to Naples easier for us. Both him and Mr Marco stays in communicating with us overseas. Arranging driver to pick us up at the airport. Being flexible with our flight changes. The all seemed to be well trained to smile every time they speak to us. It so lovely feeling. I love it. The breakfast is outstanding. "

"It is a dream hotel and looks exactly like pictures. The front door looks like a parking garage entry with a small pedestrian door inside, located right off the traffic circle. We texted the hotel as requested and they came to collect us. It’s in a very walkable area and there’s a bus stop right outside that goes to the airport, etc. The hotel itself is drop dead gorgeous with chandeliers in every room and more art and history books to browse than you could possibly get through. Everything from the check in desk to the beautifully ornate breakfast room including a bust of garibaldi, the full bar “salon”, the coffee “salon” is stunning. The breakfast itself included pastries, fresh fruit galore, yogurts, cereals, eggs, bacon, cheese and meat, toast and fresh juice with coffee anyway you like. The bedroom was exactly as pictured on the website and the bed was very comfy with heat and a/c. Staff was helpful, friendly and kind. We left our luggage the last day after checkout for a few hours no problem. No notes. LOVED our stay. "

"Great service. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was available daily. Our room was cleaned daily and well. I have no complaints about the property at all. One thing to keep in mind. If you don’t want any loud noises early in the morning, don’t book at this hotel. It’s right on the port and there’s a shipping yard right next to the port. "
