"Everything was great! Only thing that needed to be explained was that towels were not supplied. However they were available to rent. No where in VRBO was this indicated. Arrival rules and information should be published on your VRBO website."

"The reception staff were extremely helpful after we were late due to holdups with a major traffic incident. They prepared and left the property open for us, providing instructions on how to locate it. The resort itself is well run by very friendly staff who are always helpful on a day to day basis. The restaurant is particularly good providing superb meals if you wish to use it. "After problems with the original accommodation that we had booked (which wasn't Novotel), it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg. The centre was easily accessible by tram, or via a very nice walk through the old fort. My kids loved it!"
