"Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "

"The location of this hotel near the Nürburgring Grand Prix track which is perfect for race fans, especially on an event weekend. The hotel has an amazing race theme, and food is great! The only issue with the hotel was that the bathroom didn't have a door, but otherwise an amazing hotel."

"This inpromptu stay, while travelling home, was a really pleasant experience. The food in the restaurant was amazing, the room was massive and we even had a jacuzzi style bath! Staff could have not been more helpful and even made a pretty good cup of tea for my wife on the morning of her birthday! (We are from the UK and good tea is hard to come by). We loved the hotel, really can't recommend highly enough."

"Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. "Nice rooms, but beds did not have a fitted sheet between flat sheet and mattress protector, so you had to sleep in contact with either the mattress protector or the comforter. I asked for a fitted sheet, but none was provided."
