"The hotel has no sign on the facade, and it was stressing to find it without that. There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. Also concerning is a “contract” that we are asked to sign in order to get access to the building. I found the process very strange and concerning. Had never seen a hotel asking us to sign a contract...

"I loved this place! The self check in was super easy. The lobby and common area was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit warm, but i had forgotten to close the blinds when i went out in the morning. Gars am Kamp felt like the perfect Austrian village. Very walkable to restaurants and supermarkets.
