"They did not have my expedia booking and sold my room. Luckily i had access to their lounge and wi fi. My wife called expedia from South Africa and held for on the phone for close to an hour!!! If you book international, you have to have immediate online help 24/7 via wifi. Writing 2 phone nrs and charges may apply is just rubbing salt in the wound. "The hotel was great. We’ve stayed in one in Sweden and loved the idea so we booked another with the same company. However, the room didn’t have an oven but did have a stove. There was no oil or anything to cook with so that was one of the first things we had to buy. Everything else was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay! "
