"Great staff at check in. Reasonable car park charge at £5 for 24 hours. Breakfast was the usual choices, but staff again were friendly and helpful and the food was hot. Hotel is quite new, so its smart and clean. Bed was very comfy. Iron and board in room. Plenty of storage. My only negative is the glass wall and door on the bathroom. "A beautiful little property with the best breakfast I have had at a hotel in a long time! The room was spacious, with a great bathroom with a bath, and very pretty view over the grounds. The dining room was beautiful and we wish we had the time ti go to the bar. Only thing we wished was there was a nice walk on or from the property but it is quite small grounds, but it was pretty it was just our oversight."

"The room was extremely large with lovely touches. The bathroom was luxurious, but there is a lack of plug sockets near mirror for drying hair. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. "Second stay and all in all it’s a good overnight option. Stayed in Hellis annex. They really need to sort out lights on approach to rooms as it’s pitch black and none were working and you risk tripping on the high steps. Room was warm and comfortable bed. Bathroom is in need of re furb as some shower floor tiles missing and black spot mould in room. Great veggie option breakfast. It’s fine but not great. I will use again at the right room rate. Parking is a bonus and Odiham is a quaint village. "
